Convicted by the verdict of the Court of Appeal of the Cherkasy region, under Art. : part 4 of article 187; part 2 of paragraphs 6,12,13 of article 115; part 2 of article 15; Part 2 of paragraphs 9,12,13 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine to life imprisonment.
He has been imprisoned since December 2006 on charges of murdering two people.
He does not admit his guilt.
