Convicted by the verdict of the Court of Appeal of the Cherkasy region, under Art. 93 p.p. “a”, “e”, “i”, “h”, 142 part 3, 208, 145 part 1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine to life imprisonment.
He has been imprisoned since December 1999 on charges of murdering two people.
He admits his guilt in part.
